By accessing this platform, you expressly agree that Amirah Digital Services bears no liability whatsoever for any legal consequences arising from your use of the platform in any jurisdiction outside Spain.

Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Prices are confirmed at the point of purchase and may not reflect promotional pricing available at other times.
Payments are processed securely through authorised third-party payment processors. All transactions are encrypted. Your billing statement will show the charge under the descriptor "LC Digital Services" or similar neutral identifier.
Prices are set in Euros. International customers may be subject to currency conversion fees applied by their bank or payment provider. Amirah Digital Services is not responsible for these fees.
Where offered, cryptocurrency payments (including USDT and other stablecoins) are accepted at the current market rate at the time of transaction. Crypto transactions are final and non-reversible.
In accordance with Article 103(a) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal with respect to digital content that has been delivered or made available to you. Once content has been created and/or delivered, no refund will be issued.
If a purchased service has not been initiated or delivered within the agreed timeframe, you may request a full refund by contacting amiraqsx@gmail.com within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Live session bookings cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute where services have been duly delivered constitutes fraud and may result in permanent account termination, reporting to relevant authorities, and legal action to recover costs.
Your privacy is of paramount importance. All personal data collected through this platform is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection (LOPDGDD 3/2018).
By using this platform you consent to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data at any time by contacting amiraqsx@gmail.com.
All content created through this platform — including video content, images, and any other digital material — remains the intellectual property of Amirah Digital Services and the creator. The purchasing user is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the content for private personal use only.
Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of the content is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights under Spanish and EU law.

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
